need us – so here are three easy steps to get you started!
Step
1:
Access to your tool box. Email
Robin Cornish, head of our Customer Service Department. Robin
has several Microsoft Certifications and has been in the industry
since 1990, but she does not speak “tech” she speaks your language! Robin will send you
the username and password as access to the Client Tool Box.
Step 2:
Don’t let the Tool Box Area intimidate you, Robin will guide
you through the download, registration and configuration of the
software at a time that is most convenient for you. You have a
choice, you can start looking at the tools before you set up an
appointment with Robin to guide you through, or you can just email
Robin with a convenient hour for her to call you. The Instructions
are a step-by-step guide, while the Online Manual is an in-depth
look at the software, and The Advisor will help you with planning
and setup of your backup. You will also find other programs in
the Client Tool Box that may help you.
Step 3:
Pass it on! This system just makes sense, so we ask that you tell
others. Step 3 will be the easiest step of all; you won’t
want to keep this a secret! We do almost no advertising, we rely
on our satisfied customers to pass the word and if a new client
